A Prayer

God,
My heart aches.
It aches for strength,
Home,
Fellowship,
Love,
You.

I feel I am lost in a whirlwind,
Unable to find my way out,
Unable to breath.

I've wandered away,
Like a sheep at an open gate,
I can't find my way back,
And the time is getting late.

I'm folded on the floor.
I've fallen on my face.
I can't control these tears.
I can't control these words.
I can't stand up,
I can only lay here and ask for you.

You've given me more than I can count in a day,
I've given you nothing back.
You've given me more than I could ever realize,
All I do is ask for more.

I'm giving up,
This is the end,
There is no more,
This is were I surrender.

Help me give my life to you.
Not just some,
Not just a little,
All.
